you will be receiving digital goods and no shipping will be required on my part.

i will start working on your commission once i receive the full payment. in case of large orders, payment plans are negotiable.

please note that i accept no refund requests unless i haven't started on your commission yet, you have been waiting over 2 months, or i am unable to complete it. you are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. you are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

if you'd like an estimate on when your commission will be done, feel free to ask, but don't take my full word for it as i am terrible at estimating how much time i'll take.

if you'd like your commission done fast, i charge up to +50% for a set deadline. keep in mind the fastest i'm able to complete your commission is a week since commissioning me.

all my files start at 1500x1500, 300dpi in size. i may crop them to be slightly smaller or make them bigger. if you wish for me to work on a bigger canvas, please state so before the lineart stage.

you are granted personal usage rights for the commission you receive, but are strictly prohibited from using it commercially (selling as merchandise, using as assets in profitable work, etc.) unless negotiated otherwise. i may charge commercial usage rights anywhere from 100%~300%.

if you are sharing your commissioned piece on an external site, please make sure to credit me properly.

i retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the commission as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner. i will always credit the character owner.

chibi or portrait:

i don't usually send out wips unless requested.

i will do 1 major or minor revision for free. keep in mind i will not change the entire commission, just parts of the pose, outfit, etc.

after the initial free revision, every revision is 5~10USD depending on the complexity of the edit.

full-body:

i typically send a sketch and wait for feedback before i start lining.

you may request changes up to 3 times for free.

once i'm done with the piece, if there was a small miss on my part, i will edit it free of charge. however, if you want a major change you will be charged 10~30USD depending on the complexity of the edit.

custom design:

i send frequent progress shots as i work on the design.

i first make a sloppy sketch just to figure the design out. on that sketch, i'm willing to do up to 10 revisions when it comes to the character/outfit and 5 revisions when it comes to the colors for free.

after the initial free revisions, you will be charged 5~10USD for every edit, depending on the complexity.

once i start working on the final product (a chibi or a full-body), revision terms from above will apply. in this phase, you may request only minor changes to the design.
